They get your number from some where. They pretend to be your well wisher and want to introduce you with an opportunity that will make you or your BMV business wildly successful.
May be they are telling the truth. May be they are not. There is a good chance that the latter is true.
Many friends have been getting such calls lately. We just assume that telemarketers are picking names and contact numbers in forums or other places where people do not mind sharing their details.
After receiving many annoying calls, some one came up with a great solution. And he recorded it for others to ‘enjoy’. It is good laugh and we all can learn a thing or two, and turn the tables next time some one calls.

Hi Pankaj,
Just thought I would leave this post to let you know that I find the tips you send very useful. I’m a budding property investor yet to buy my first investment but I know it’s just a matter of time. If you could put some more tips as to how to source BMV properties I know me and others like me will find very useful. Thanks once again for all your help.
Nice one. I think I’ll try that with the next double glazing salesman.
