Rent to Own

Under our Rent to Own scheme, you can buy a property without having to raise mortgage.

  • If you are a first time buyer unable to get mortgage then this scheme is perfect for you.
  • You have adverse or bad credit history then you can still own a property.
  • If you can't raise a large enough deposit or lenders would not lend you because your pay check is not big enough then you can qualify for our scheme.

We will simply agree a price with you and you can buy the property at that price any time within the specified period (up to 7 years). 

 
 

Main Benefits

If you are renting a property right now but would rather buy your own then this is a perfect scheme for you because:

  • You rent our property with a view to own.
  • We will agree a purchase price with you. 
    • The price we agree will be lower then today's market value of this property, giving you an instant profit on day one. A legal agreement will be done so everyone is clear of the terms. Under agreement, you will have the right to buy this property at the agreed price within specified period.
    • If house prices start to go up, it is your gain because you will only pay us whatever price was initially agreed. Any equity gain is your profit and can even be treated as deposit for the mortgage.
    • Some times we get properties that require basic TLC (fresh coat of paint or can do with a new bathroom or kitchen etc). If you are a handyman or know someone who can help you out at 'mate's rates' then you can enhance the value of property even further. Remember, any additional value you add is your profit. We are still obliged to sell it to you at the pre-agreed price. 
      • Note: You do not have to do any DIY at all. Most of our properties are in a 'walk-in, unpack your bags and start enjoying' state. However some properties may need TLC - which gives you the opportunity to style it to your liking.
  • Sometimes things happen and plans change - such is life! You are under no obligation to buy the property, if your mind has changed. In other words, you can change your mind to buy the property but we can not. If you wish to proceed (most people do) then we are under contract and legally bound to sell it to you at the agreed price.
